Rental Information

Our church is open to every member of the community. You are welcome here for your sacred event, rite of passage, class, meeting, or party.

Those wishing to use our facilities are strongly encouraged to make reservations in a timely manner to best ensure availability. To start the process, you will need to submit an application with contact information and details of your event. You’re welcome to tour our building and grounds at your convenience. Simply email info@tcuuc.org, or call 772-223-5020 to schedule a time and date.

Fees and Payments

The rentals fees and professional staff fees are separate.

Separate fees for the minister and the music director are payable directly to each.

A deposit of 50 percent of the rental fee and the appropriate completed forms are required to secure your rental.

A security deposit totaling 50 percent of the rental fee is payable 14 days prior to the event.

The remaining 50 percent of the rental fee is also due 14 days prior to the event.

All payments must be in cash or by check, payable to the Unitarian Universalist Church of the Treasure Coast.

Facility rental rates are in blocks of two, four, or eight hours, from the time of entry to completion of cleanup.

Additional per-hour fees apply beyond the designated rental time.

Cancellation and Refunds

For one-time rentals: Should you need to cancel your reservation, the following guidelines will determine the refund available.

  • If notified 60 days or more before the event, we will refund the full deposit of the 50 percent rental fee.
  • If notified less than 60 days before the event, we will not refund the deposit. However, we will work with you to reschedule the same event for a different date.

Acknowledgement of Use Policies

All renters are responsible for adhering to the Use Policies and Renter Responsibilities. Signing Form A (part of the application process) is considered acknowledgement and acceptance of renter’s responsibilities.

Renter Checklist for Reservations

☐ Visit our facility before making a reservation.

☐ Contact info@tcuuc.org to check date and space availability. Your event will be tentatively placed on the Church calendar for 30 days.

☐ To confirm your date and reservation, complete the following forms:

  • For Weddings: Form A (Facilities Use) and Form B (Wedding Service)
  • For Memorial Services/Funerals: Form A (Facilities Use) and Form C (Memorial Service)
  • For one time (neither Wedding nor Memorial/funeral): Form A (Facilities Use)
  • For repeat users (more than five times per year): Form A (Facilities Use)

☐ Return the completed forms along with the 50 percent security deposit to the Unitarian Universalist Church of the Treasure Coast. Reservations are not complete until deposits are received.
