Terms and conditions

    • Message limits: We are limited to sending no more than 50 messages per minute from a single originating number.
    • TCR registration: We are a registered business with The Campaign Registry (TCR) before sending SMS messages.
    • Prohibited content: We will never send prohibited content, such as that related to loan advertisements, credit repair, or illegal activities. Also, do not send messages with violence, hate speech, or misleading links.
  • Purchased lists: We do not use purchased lists or third-party generated lead lists.
  • Link shorteners: You will not use link shorteners or non-branded domains in your messages.
  • Automated messaging: Automated and promotional messages must come from numbers designated for such campaigns and require prior, logged consent.
  • Character limits: A single-segment message is limited to 160 characters. Messages longer than this will be split and billed as multiple segments.
  • Fees: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier’s plan.
  • File attachments: The maximum file size for attachments is 1.5 MB.
